We are seeking a highly skilled Beef Quality Control Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will ensure compliance with Walmart's sub-primal beef specifications at a 3rd party facility. You will be responsible for real-time breaking, cutting, packaging, and labeling of beef sub-primals in the production area, while maintaining the highest standards of quality and efficiency.
What You'll Do:
Develop a thorough knowledge and understanding of Walmart's specifications for all associated beef productsEffectively communicate and build relationships with cross-functional Walmart teams and 3rd party facility partnersIdentify quality control and yield concerns, and create viable solutions to improve processes and financial outcomesCollaborate with stakeholders to ensure compliance with Walmart's beef specifications and quality standardsUnderstand and monitor yield dashboards, carcass breakdown, packaging costs, downstream impacts, and harvest impactWhat You'll Bring:

The annual salary range for this position is $104,000.00-$156,000.00
Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
