Job overview and responsibilities:
The primary role of Senior Manager is to lead a team responsible for delivering key initiatives consistent with Technical Operations Heavy Maintenance’s business plan by partnering with cross functional leadership across multiple locations and divisions. Focus on performance and constantly strive to eliminate waste, improve customer satisfaction, and reduce defects. Partner with business leaders to improve decision-making and problem-solving.
Proactively benchmarks and implements initiatives/standard processes across the system and industry with defined impact and sustained improvements tied to Tech Ops Heavy Maintenance’s strategy and footprintActs as a thought partner with business leadership to select, scope and prioritize initiativesDevelops a portfolio of identified projects and potential savings tied to the scale of the MRO networkProvides leadership, mentoring and training to all levels and functions on the use and practice of the process optimization methodologies and toolsQualificationsWhat’s needed to succeed (Minimum Qualifications):Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Technology, or Business Administration (or equivalent work experience) 5-7 years of experience in full-time continuous improvement roleLSS Green Belt certifiedExperience in large scale and diverse process improvement implementations Demonstrated leadership skillsKnowledge of LSS toolkitExcellent oral and written communicationStrong influencing skillsStrong conflict resolution skillsMinitabVisioUp to 30% travelMust be legally authorized to work in the United States for any employer without sponsorshipSuccessful completion of interview required to meet job qualificationReliable, punctual attendance is an essential function of the position

The base pay range for this role is $140,600.00 to $183,108.00.
The base salary range/hourly rate listed is dependent on job-related, factors such as experience, education, and skills. This position is also eligible for bonus and/or long-term incentive compensation awards.
