Role and Responsibilities

Position Summary

The Samsung direct-to-consumer ecommerce team is looking for a Senior Manager for the Enhanced Partner Program (EPP).  EPP provides exclusive programs and discounts to key audience segments such as Education, Military, Government, and Fortune-500 employees.

This role will specifically focus on driving improved performance (across multiple KPI) by curating experiences on Samsung.com, and optimizing the impact of customer journeys and marketing tactics.

The individual is expected to lead through influence, managing initiatives that require cross-functional partnership.

The role also includes creating insights/presentation for executive reviews. A successful candidate is highly analytical with critical thinking skills and business savvy.  Adaptability is required, as this role will be to working in a highly matrixed, fast pacing organization.

Essentials/Duties and Responsibilities

Contribute to the overall success of the business unit and help drive $1B+ in revenueDrive revenue across key audiences, across all of Samsung’s product categoriesDrive new and incremental engagement from partners within the programDesign and execute programs that will drive engagement/revenuePartner with cross-functional teams to deliver new initiativesProvide valuable segment insights to business and cross-functional leadersProvide weekly, monthly, and ad-hoc reporting of all relevant segment metricsPerform analytics using Excel and Tableau.Write detailed requirements for technical resources to follow.Create presentations with compelling data driven story to share with leadership, cross-functional teams to provide insights and recommendationsWork with Category Management, Sales, Finance and Operations team to define and work on gap closuresDeeply understand the meaningful differences between key audience segments (ex: Education, Military, Government, Corporate Partners) and identify actionable insights.

Skills and Qualifications

Background/Experience

8+ years of sales or sales operations experience5+ years of technology or telecommunications experience3+ years of business development experience3+ years of experience working with, or for, a Fortune 1000 organizationStrong communication and presentation skillsAbility to effectively communicate business insights and requirementsExperience with EPP programs and/or partnership with HR/benefits managers preferredBachelor’s degree preferredStrong excel skills (including formulas and lookups) preferredStrong Tableau skills (including Tableau Desktop experience) preferredHistory of leading and developing business teams

NEW JERSEY

The salary range for this role is expected to be between $176,500 and $200,000.  Actual pay will be determined considering factors such as relevant skills and experience, and comparison to other employees in the role.

Regular full-time employees (salaried or hourly) have access to benefits including: Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, 401(k), Employee Purchase Program, Tuition Assistance (after 6 months), Paid Time Off, Student Loan Program (after 6 months), Wellness Incentives, and many more.  In addition, regular full-time employees (salaried or hourly) are eligible for MBO bonus compensation, based on company, division, and individual performance.
