Within GCS Products, the Financials Core Services team is seeking a dynamic individual to help create and bring to market the next generation of payment and financial capabilities through API products. **Responsibilities and Qualifications:** + Engage in early strategic planning and discovery to define MVP scope, point-of-arrival vision, and phased delivery approaches that balance near term impact with long-term scalability. + Lead the E2E development of domain capabilities and API products that enhance efficiency, scalability, and meet customer needs across the business ecosystem. + Drive collaboration with engineering, business stakeholders and cross-functional teams to align priorities, resolve trade-offs, and accelerate delivery of high impact initiatives. + Identify opportunities to enhance existing capabilities to improve scalability and speed to market. + Proactively identify inefficiencies in current processes and create strategies to streamline workflows to improve outcomes. + Leverage data-driven insights to refine digital capabilities, optimize usability, and drive adoption at scale. + Communicate strategies, progress, and outcomes to senior leadership and updates to senior leadership and key stakeholders. + Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and coaching team members while modeling execution excellence. **Minimum Qualifications:** + Strong technical background with understanding of API and domain architecture + Proven ability to identify and understand business needs, turn them into technology solutions, and effectively prioritize the roadmap for delivery + Proven track record in leading large product initiatives from concept to execution + Strong ability to collaborate across teams and drive alignment on priorities and execution. + Experience defining and delivering product roadmaps, managing multiple priorities while adapting to evolving business needs. + Strong analytical skills with experience using data and research to guide decision-making. + Proficiency in documenting business solutions to ensure a clear understanding of platform capabilities and their role in product development. + Familiarity with agile methodologies and product development frameworks. **Preferred Qualifications:** + 5 years of experience in platform development + Bachelor's degree in business, computer science, engineering, or a related field. **Qualifications** Salary Range: $123,000.00 to $215,250.00 annually bonus benefits The above represents the expected salary range for this job requisition.
