As Senior Manager Cybersecurity, you will play a key leadership role in shaping and delivering cybersecurity strategy, advisory, and transformation programs for major clients. You will lead high-performing teams, engage with C-level stakeholders, and contribute to the development of NTT DATA’s cybersecurity offerings in France and Benelux and across Europe 

Your role:

Business Development & Sales Leadership

Drive growth of NTT DATA’s cybersecurity business in The Netherlands by identifying, shaping, and closing new opportunities with existing and prospective clientsPartner closely with sales, account teams, and alliance partners to define value propositions and go-to-market strategies and contribute to pre-sales activitiesBuild and maintain strong relationships with senior client stakeholders, positioning NTT DATA as a trusted cybersecurity partner

Client Advisory & Delivery Leadership

Act as a trusted advisor to C-level executives and below (CISO, SOC manager, Data Security Lead, etc.) on cybersecurity strategy, risk, and transformationLead large and complex cybersecurity engagements, ensuring high quality delivery, client satisfaction, and measurable business outcomes

Cybersecurity Strategy & Expertise

Provide thought leadership across core cybersecurity domains, such as: Cybersecurity strategy, Governance, risk, and compliance, Security architecture, Cloud and infrastructure security, Identity & Access Management (IAM) and incident response, crisis management, and cyber resilienceMonitor emerging threats, technologies, and regulatory developments to inform client advice and service offerings

People & Practice Development

Mentor (senior) consultants and managers, supporting career development and capability growthSupport recruitment and talent development initiatives to scale the cybersecurity practice

Your profile:

Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience6-10 years of cybersecurity experience, ideally in consulting or professional services, with leadership responsibilityProven experience leading cybersecurity programs, teams, and senior client engagementsStrong commercial mindset with experience in business development and pre-salesRelevant cybersecurity certifications preferred, such as: CISSP, CISM, CIPP/E, CCSP, and/or OSCPStrong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skillsFluent in Dutch and English (written and spoken)
