Here, your voice and ideas matter, your work makes an impact, and together, you will help us define the future of American Express. **How will you make an impact in this role?** Ø Flawless design of strategy and execution of initiatives across Commercial Business Enablement Team, impacting customer experience, capabilities, and enterprise initiatives Ø Offer insights and recommendations based on industry best practices and showcase design thinking to develop and implement efficiency. A good understanding of external leading practices is important. Ø A fair understanding of machine learning and artificial intelligence is a must. Ø Prior experience in process improvement via automation capabilities is a must. Ø Ensure effective communication and seamless change management for projects in driving process and capability deployment across the network. Engage with all global stakeholders to ensure smooth and streamlined transitions. Ø Lead and manage process transformation projects from inception to completion, monitor project progress and manage the reporting. Ø Conduct post implementation reviews to assess impact of changes implemented, reporting to key stakeholders and metric calculations. Ø Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and challenges, facilitate workshops and meetings. Ø Develop senior level high quality presentations on a frequent basis. **Required Skills:** Ø Proven ability to lead large, global business change initiatives is essential for this role. Ø Ability to conceive and implement global process design initiatives is a must. Ø Strong leadership & collaborative skills with internal & external partners are critical. Ø Demonstrated ability to drive results through teams and colleagues without direct authority.
