Our Residential Projects team is looking for ahighly motivated and experienced Associate Director to join and contribute to the team. **What You’ll Do** + Develop and maintain relationships with key clients, owners, developersand tenants within the Residential space ensuring regular lead generation + Generating business in leasing, selling and purchasing residential properties on behalf of owners and tenants + Recognising client needs and expectations and responding to these efficiently and professionally + Conduct site inspections to assess viability and potential + Continuously source business through networking, organising marketing and preparing pitch proposals + Building a solid track record in your market hitting revenue targets and leading from the front + Preferably with experience connecting with the residential network and authorities, where familiarity with local policies will be an advantage. + Any other responsibilities from client instructions and business initiatives **What You’ll Need** + Minimum of 8-10 years’ experience inreal estate sales and leasing with in-depth knowledge of the Singapore market + Experience and knowledge of the Residential sector, preferably in the high-end/luxury segment + **Candidate must possess a real estate CEA license** + Demonstrated experience in effective negotiation skills and consistent sales performance + Excellent client relationship management skills + Bilingual, with Mandarin-speaking ability preferred due to proximity to Mandarin-speaking clients + Superior organizational skills - ability to manage multiple projects and teams + A strong work ethic, and willingness to work hard andcohesivelyin a team + Highly motivated, self-driven, and results-oriented + Enthusiasm and commitment to complete transactions and provide high levels of service to clients **Why CBRE** When you join CBRE, you become part of the global leader in commercial real estate services and investment that helps businesses and people thrive.
