Collaborates across IT department to develop best practices and streamline processes.Perform Activities with respect to the ServiceNow ITOM Environment.Collaborate with MMC ServiceNow team members and other MGTI teams to understand the business requirements and take appropriate actions.Experience configuring various types of discovery: CI Discovery, Cloud Discovery, Serverless Discovery AWS, Azure, Kubernetes, Nutanix, Storage, CitrixUnderstanding of Configuration Management related activities related to data validation and health.Experience configuring discovery patterns and understanding when not to customize a discovery pattern.
What you need to have:
Proven experience (at least 2 years related experience) as a ServiceNow developer, with a focus on ITSM/ ITOM Discovery and Service MappingIn-depth understanding of the ServiceNow platform, including CMDB, Discovery, MID Server, and Service MappingExperience with JavaScript, PowerShell, Regex, Linux and Windows commands, and other related technologies used in networking and infrastructure administrationStrong knowledge of ITSM /ITOM Discovery patterns and probes, including customization / creation of custom patterns, and troubleshootingFamiliarity with IT infrastructure components, networking protocols, and cloud technologiesWhat makes you stand out?
