Market Growth & Revenue Delivery:
Drive Visa’s sales strategy and deliver revenue and payment volume targetsBuild manage and convert a strong commercial pipelineLead growth initiatives that expand Visa’s portfolioStrategic Account Leadership:
Serve as trusted advisor to senior executives at banks fintech's MNOs and ecosystem partnersLead structured business reviews and solution planningIdentify strategic opportunities aligned to client needsContracting & Deal Structuring:
Lead commercial negotiations including pricing incentives and partnership agreementsExplain and negotiate critical contract termsEcosystem Engagement & Thought Leadership:
Represent Visa in external forums and regulatory engagements.Provide market insights and competitive intelligenceCross-Functional Collaboration:
Work with Product MS&A VAS Marketing Risk and Government EngagementLead initiatives end-to-end from idea to post-launch for MSA within the assigned marketsThis is a hybrid position. Expectation of days in office will be confirmed by your hiring manager.
QualificationsBachelor’s degree required advanced degree preferred
8+ years in sales business development or account management
Payment's banking or fintech experience preferred
Strong negotiation and executive engagement skills
