Coordinate the development, implementation, and orientation of process improvements to ensure current industry standards are maintained. Essential Duties & Responsibilities Directly responsible for client satisfaction including the preparation for and execution of quarterly business reviews. Accountable to project pipeline including the identification of new projectsManages projects and direct reports as part of the PMO leadership team. Responsible for selecting, orientating, and hiring new employees and distributing projects according to the skill set of team members. Provide ongoing coaching, performance feedback, evaluations, and counseling to other team members. Ensure assigned project team stays current with safety training. Monitor, document, and provide safety training to group as required. Occasionally visit project sitesFinancial responsibility for multiple account projects in excess of $30M per year – including budgets, accruals, billing, etc Qualifications Undergraduate degree in related field (Engineering, Construction Management), or equivalent combination of education and experienceMinimum 10 years of Relationship and Project Management experience specific to the construction fieldLEED Associate, State General Contacting Licenses, or professional construction affiliations a plus. PMI Certification requiredAbility to read, analyze, and interpret construction specifications, drawings, and government regulations. Ability to write reports, business correspondence, construction procedures, and employee reviews. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from upper management, clients, subcontractors, and peersProficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, Project, and e-mail communication.
