Job Description: Senior Engineering Manager – Integration Center of Excellence

Position Summary

We are seeking a seasoned and visionary Senior Engineering Manager to lead our Integration Center of Excellence (CoE). This role is responsible for driving enterprise integration strategies, managing a high-performing engineering team, and ensuring robust, scalable, and secure integration solutions across the organization. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in integration platforms, cloud technologies, monitoring tools, incident management, and business intelligence (BI) integration including Snowflake.

Key Responsibilities

•  Lead and mentor a team of integration engineers, fostering a culture of innovation, accountability, and continuous improvement.
•  Architect and manage enterprise-grade integration solutions using Informatica, Confluent Kafka, Bizlink, Connect Direct, and JSCAPE.
•  Oversee the development and deployment of integration services using Java Spring Boot, AWS cloud services, and relational/non-relational databases.
•  Implement and maintain monitoring and observability frameworks using tools such as ELK Stack (Elasticsearch, Logstash, Kibana), Dynatrace, and AWS CloudWatch.
•  Establish and manage incident response processes, ensuring timely resolution of integration-related issues and minimizing business impact.
•  Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, design solutions, and deliver high-quality integrations.
•  Define and enforce integration governance, data quality standards, and compliance protocols.
•  Drive automation, CI/CD practices, and DevOps adoption within the integration landscape.
•  Lead BI integration initiatives, including data pipeline development and optimization using Snowflake.
•  Evaluate emerging technologies and tools to enhance integration capabilities and performance.

Required Qualifications

•    Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
•    10+ years of experience in software engineering, with 3–5 years in a leadership role.
•    Proven experience with enterprise integration tools: Informatica, Kafka (Confluent), Bizlink, Connect Direct, JSCAPE.
•    Strong proficiency in Java Spring Boot, AWS (Lambda, S3, EC2, API Gateway, etc.), and SQL/NoSQL databases.
•    Hands-on experience with monitoring and observability tools: ELK Stack, Dynatrace, CloudWatch.
•    Solid understanding of incident management, root cause analysis, and service reliability practices.
•    Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and team leadership skills.
•    Experience with Agile methodologies and DevOps practices.
