Senior Manager – Technology Sourcing & Contract Separation
Our client is seeking a Senior Manager – Technology Sourcing & Contract Separation to join their team. As a Senior Manager, you will be part of the procurement department supporting a significant business transformation. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a collaborative mindset which will align successfully in the organization. **Job Title:** Senior Manager – Technology Sourcing & Contract Separation **Location:** Innsbrook, VA (Hybrid) **What's the Job?** + Support the separation of enterprise agreements tied to a divestiture. + Analyze supplier contracts for impacted services, obligations, and transitions. + Lead or assist sourcing events for indirect procurement, especially technology/software/IT services. + Develop and implement supplier continuity strategies for both legacy and new entities. + Draft, negotiate, and review contracts to align with the new business unit’s needs. **What's Needed?** + 7+ years in sourcing, procurement, or vendor management, especially indirect categories. + Strong background in technology sourcing (SaaS, cloud, telecom, infrastructure). + Hands-on experience with M&A transitions or contract disentanglement is highly preferred. + Excellent analytical, communication, and organizational skills. + Familiarity with sourcing systems: SAP Ariba, Coupa, ServiceNow, etc. **What's in it for me?** + High-impact opportunity to support a major enterprise spin-off. + Mostly remote (95%+) during the contract phase. + Potential for full-time conversion and long-term leadership role. + Make a real contribution to a future-state procurement organization. + Opportunity to minimize transitional support agreements (TSAs).
