Senior Manager – Risk Consulting Northeast Italy (Padova)

For Risk Consulting, the management consulting company part of Marsh Risk, we are looking for a candidate with 10+ years in experience in the consulting sector, with the goal of developing Northeast Italian market.

Reporting to the Italy Risk Consulting Leader, you will be required to leverage and build on strong relationships, to position Risk Consulting on the market, identifying new business opportunities to accelerate growth. This role offers the chance to work collaboratively across Risk Consulting’s teams and leverage the full spectrum of our company’s expertise to deliver exceptional value to clients.
By driving targeted growth initiatives and fostering strategic client partnerships, you will contribute directly to our long-term success and market leadership.

We will count on you to:
Develop and execute consulting market development strategies tailored to the Northeast Italy Market;
Build and nurture long-term client relationships to foster loyalty and repeat business;
Identify, engage, and advise key clients on business challenges and growth opportunities;
Lead client projects, delivering insights and solutions that drive strategic outcomes;
Collaborate with internal teams to align market initiatives with overall company goals;
Monitor market trends, competitor activities and emerging opportunities to inform strategy;
Drive business development efforts including proposal development, presentations and negotiations.
What you need to have:
Around 10 years of experience in consulting;
Based in/nearby Padova or willing to relocate. Alternative locations (Milan) or remote working options will be considered;
Solid experience in managing client relationships and contributing to project leadership;
Good understanding of market expansion strategies and regional business dynamics at a mid-senior level;
Proven ability to support the development and implementation of strategic plans that deliver results;
Fluent in English;
Native Italian speaker.

Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, capable of influencing at all organizational levels;
