The Senior Manager, Traceability is responsible for establishing and governing end-to-end traceability for the U.S. business, ensuring sustained FSMA 204 compliance, robust data and process integrity, and long-term capability development. This role drives cross-functional accountability, leads all mock trace governance, oversees traceability KPIs, and steers the U.S. traceability roadmap in alignment with global teams.

How you will contribute

You will:

Own and evolve the U.S. traceability strategy and capability roadmap.Govern end-to-end FSMA readiness, including mock trace planning, execution, and closure.Drive cross-functional alignment and accountability across EM/IM/Repack/Log Ops/Quality/IT/MDS.Lead identification, escalation, and closure of traceability gaps and systemic risks.Oversee traceability KPIs, data integrity reviews, and monthly leadership reporting.Manage traceability-related system enhancements, process improvements, and change management.Represent the U.S. in global traceability forums and incorporate global standards locally.Maintain documentation and audit readiness in the event of FDA or customer record requests.

What you need to know about this position:

The Senior Manager, Traceability is the central owner of U.S. end-to-end traceability and is essential to sustaining continuous FSMA 204 compliances. This role provides the strategic direction, governance, and cross-functional accountability required to keep our processes, data, and systems aligned to regulatory standards and business expectations. This position reduces regulatory and customer risk, strengthens operational reliability, and ensures we are equipped for the evolving traceability landscape.

What extra ingredients you will bring:

Deep expertise in FSMA 204 (e.g., prior leadership of compliance programs, audit preparation, or regulatory interpretation)

Advanced understanding of SAP batch lineage, IDocs, and complex data integrations

Experience designing or scaling enterprise-wide traceability capabilities

Industry experience in CPG, regulated manufacturing, food safety, or supply chain data governance

Education / Certifications: Bachelor’s Degree Required

Travel requirements: Minimal Travel

Job Location: East Hanover, NJ preferred. Also open to remote locations. No relocation support is provided.

Salary and Benefits:

The base salary range for this position is $140,300 to $192,940; the exact salary depends on several factors such as experience, skills, education and location. In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for participation in a highly competitive bonus program with possibility for overachievement based on performance and company results.

Some of these benefits have eligibility requirements. Many of these benefits are subsidized or fully paid for by the company.

No Relocation support available, however for candidates voluntarily moving internationally some minimal support is offered through our Volunteer International Transfer Policy
