With over 35 manufacturing sites and 23 distribution centers, MSC ensures the reliable production and distribution of high-quality devices for hemodialysis, peritoneal dialysis, and acute care—reaching patients in approximately 150 countries. The team oversees the full supply chain from manufacturing to delivery, focusing on operational excellence, product availability, and continuous improvement to meet the evolving needs of patients and healthcare providers. Join our passionate team and help shape healthcare worldwide! **Role Summary** Role is responsible for the total day to day operations and functions of Demand/Supply Planning and Distribution. The person must be responsible for making sure that each step of the operations and process is being carried out effectively to rule out lost sales opportunity and costly delays. The person must also ensure that the department process meets the Goods Distribution Practice – Medical Devices requirements. **Your Responsibilities:** + Demand/Supply Planning Malaysia & Singapore – + Lead and govern end-to-end demand and supply planning through SAP to ensure optimal product availability and business continuity. + Strategically oversee direct procurement, inventory management, logistics flow, and customs clearance to support regional business operations. + Drive inventory optimization to balance service levels, working capital efficiency, and risk of stockouts or overstock. + Ensure disciplined timing and execution across the supply chain to prevent operational delays and revenue loss. + Establish and continuously improve planning and supply chain processes to enhance responsiveness, reliability, and cost efficiency. + Partner with commercial, finance, and operations teams to align demand forecasts with supply capabilities and business priorities. + Distribution, Operations & Customer Service + Oversee end-to-end distribution operations in Malaysia and Singapore, managing 3PL partners for warehousing, transportation, and delivery of medical device inventory. + Ensure compliance with Good Warehouse Practice (GWP) and Goods Distribution Practice (GDP) for Medical Devices, including stock accuracy, cycle counts, and discrepancy resolution. + Lead customer service operations covering order processing, delivery execution, POD and invoicing compliance, customer master data maintenance, and complaint documentation support. + Stakeholder Alignment & Communication + Drive cross-functional alignment with sales, finance, procurement, warehousing, and logistics to ensure timely and accurate stock availability. + Communicate supply chain objectives, stock requirements, and execution priorities to prevent misalignment and operational delays. + Support performance management, training plans, hiring, and development of supply chain team members. + Compile performance and customer feedback reports and lead issue resolution with internal teams. + Cost Reduction and Process Improvement + Continuously review and optimize end-to-end supply chain processes to support business expansion. + Identify cost-reduction opportunities across procurement, warehousing, logistics, and customer service without compromising quality or service levels. + Drive SOP enhancements, warehouse optimization, and logistics efficiency initiatives. + Procurement Governance + Coordinate with regional procurement on indirect procurement activities and SAP/SRM processes. + Enforce company procurement policies to ensure governance, cost effectiveness, and compliance. + Leadership & Team Building + Lead, mentor, and develop multi-functional supply chain teams across procurement, logistics, warehousing, and customer service. + Build a high-performance culture through continuous skills development, process discipline, and performance reviews. + SAP Systems Improvement + Govern SAP supply chain operations and partner with stakeholders to ensure system integrity and process alignment. + Drive system enhancements to improve planning accuracy, operational efficiency, and order fulfillment performance. + Monitor and manage EDI integration with 3PLs to prevent failures and service disruptions. **Your Profile:** + Minimum 8–10 years of working experience, with relevant managerial role. + Proven track record in a related functional area; candidates with relevant industry experience will be preferred. + Proficient in a computerized working environment; strong working knowledge of MS Office or equivalent systems is required. + Experience with SAP or other ERP systems will be an added advantage. + Strong understanding of logistics and material management operations, including supply chain, customer service, inventory control, procurement, logistics, warehousing, and shipping/receiving. + Highly resourceful and able to work under pressure and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. + Demonstrates strong drive, initiative, and proactiveness;
