The Senior Manager, Strategy & Programs will serve as a critical partner to the Chief Investment & Strategy Officer (CISO), playing a lead role in driving strategic initiatives, managing operational programs, and supporting investment and M&A efforts. This highly visible role requires a strategic thinker with strong analytical capabilities, operational rigor, and excellent program management skills. **Key Responsibilities**
**_Strategic & Analytical Support_**
+ Partner with the CISO to shape, refine, and implement key strategic initiatives across investment, M&A, and corporate development.
+ Conduct market research, financial modeling, and data analysis to evaluate investment opportunities and inform strategic decisions.
+ Develop presentations and materials for executive leadership, board meetings, and investment committees.
**_Program & Operational Management_**
+ Serve as the program manager for key initiatives led by the Strategic Investment & M&A team, managing timelines, deliverables, risks, and communications.
+ Track and report on performance metrics and strategic KPIs, identifying gaps and opportunities to optimize outcomes.
+ Support post-acquisition integration efforts by developing and monitoring workplans, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
**_Cross-Functional Leadership & Execution_**
+ Collaborate with internal stakeholders across corporate functions and business lines to execute on strategic investment and M&A priorities.
+ Act as a central point of coordination for projects, aligning resources and managing stakeholder communication.
+ Lead special projects and initiatives as directed by the CISO, often with limited guidance.
**_Executive & Stakeholder Engagement_**
+ Prepare briefing materials and talking points for the CISO’s internal and external engagements.
+ Represent the CISO in meetings when needed, ensuring continuity of execution and communication.
+ Build strong working relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners, including advisors and potential targets.
**Qualifications**
+ Bachelor’s degree in business, Finance, Economics, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
+ 7+ years of relevant experience in corporate strategy, investment banking, consulting, or in-house corporate development/M&A.
+ Strong analytical and financial modeling skills; ability to synthesize complex data and develop actionable insights.
+ Demonstrated experience managing programs or cross-functional initiatives with multiple stakeholders.
+ Exceptional communication skills—verbal, written, and visual—with a track record of creating executive-ready materials.
+ Highly organized with a bias for action, the ability to juggle competing priorities, and a commitment to delivering high-quality outcomes.
+ Familiarity with real estate or financial services industry is preferred.

The compensation that will be offered to the successful candidate will depend on factors such as whether the position is covered by a collective bargaining agreement, the geographic area in which the work will be performed, market pay rates in that area, and the candidate’s experience and qualifications.
The company will not pay less than minimum wage for this role.
The compensation for the position is: $158,525.00 - $186,500.00
