What You’ll Do
Strategic Planning & Analysis
Conduct change impact and stakeholder analyses; dene change scope, risks, and readinessDesign and execute integrated change plans covering communications, training, engagement, and adoption supportProgram Execution
Partner with project/program managers to embed change activities into project plans and track adoption and benefits realizationMonitor change progress via metrics (adoption, usage, proficiency), collect feedback and adjust plans to remove resistance and improve outcomesCapability Building
Build change capability across the organization by coaching leaders and people leading through changeDevelop change leaders and create sustainable change culture within the organizationWhat You’ll bring
Experience
10–15 years of experience in change management or transformation roles, with proven leadership of complex, enterprise-wide initiativesLead team successfullyTrack record of successfully leading multiple concurrent large-scale programsTechnical Knowledge
Deep knowledge of change management methodologies and ability to tailor them to contextProficiency in change management tools and platforms for tracking adoption and engagementInterpersonal Skills
Strong stakeholder management, communication, facilitation, and influencing skills with senior executives and cross-functional teamsAbility to build trust and credibility across organizational levelsExcellent coaching and mentoring capabilitiesStrategic Competencies
