About Team
We are seeking a Senior Engineering Manager with a strong background in FinTech to lead and scale high-performing engineering teams. You will drive the design, development, and deployment of secure, scalable financial technology solutions that power mission-critical experiences for our customers. This is a key leadership position requiring deep technical expertise, business acumen, and people leadership.
What You Will DoLead and grow one or more cross-functional engineering teams delivering core FinTech capabilities (e.g., payments, risk, compliance, lending, wallets, transactions).
Collaborate with Product, Design, Compliance, and Business stakeholders to define and deliver on roadmap priorities.
Ensure technical excellence through architecture reviews, code quality, system reliability, and scalable solutions.
Hire, mentor, and develop engineers and engineering leaders, fostering a high-performance and inclusive team culture.
Own delivery, execution strategy, and operational excellence of your product/platform area.
Champion engineering best practices in CI/CD, cloud-native development, observability, and security.
Ensure adherence to regulatory, privacy, and security standards relevant to financial services (e.g., PCI-DSS, SOC2, GDPR, LFPDPPP).
Identify and mitigate risks early, and troubleshoot production issues when needed.
Influence broader engineering strategy and contribute to company-wide technology evolution.
What You Will Bring10+ years of experience in software engineering, with 3–5 years in engineering management.
Proven experience building and scaling FinTech products or financial platforms (e.g., payments, KYC/AML, lending, trading, digital banking).
Strong hands-on background in modern backend technologies (e.g., Java, Node.js, Python, Go) and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure).
Experience managing teams working with microservices, event-driven architectures, and data-intensive systems.
Familiarity with regulatory and compliance aspects of FinTech systems.
Ability to balance tech debt vs. delivery speed and scale solutions for long-term sustainability.
Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
