Senior Manager, Shared Services Strategic Operations

And we do it all with heart, each and every day. **Position Summary** The Senior Manager, Shared Services Strategic Operations, will play a critical role in managing and planning projects across Finance Shared Services as well as supporting/facilitating Change Management and Engagement initiatives. This individual will be responsible for developing and managing standardized reporting across Shared Services, coordinating engagement related programs and/or leading engagement teams, driving Shared Services communications and training across the function. The Senior Manager will work closely with the leaders of Shared Services including Procurement, Shared Services FP&A, Strategic Programs, and Process Innovation. This role will be responsible for the central coordination of activities (operations and planning) and ensuring the timely flow of information to and from the leadership team. This role will enable a high-performing environment that supports nimble management processes and staff functions. **Key Responsibilities** + Facilitate Finance Shared Services communication strategy through creation of messages and presentations, ownership of all distribution channels - email, newsletters, coordination of department meetings and events, and shared services sites. + Lead engagement improvement programs across Finance Shared Services + Coordinate the development, content, and follow-up for senior leadership meetings. + Ensure priority items are discussed in leadership meetings, talent meetings, and huddle/problem-solving sessions. + Prioritize discussion items and support the development of materials for MOR/QBR/Strategic sessions + Participate as a member of the Shared Services Finance leadership team + Provide project management support to Finance Shared Services leaders on all strategic enterprise projects. Responsibilities include in project management and deliverables tracking, keeping teams on track, reporting to senior management on progress: + Ad Hoc Leadership reporting + Leading and managing all aspects of a strategic project such as planning, coordination, development, and implementation. + Tracking progress and communicating project status on a regular basis, anticipating, and surfacing issues, proposing solutions as required. + Proactively identifying opportunities for improvement **Required Qualifications** + Minimum 7 years’ of overall experience. 4 year experience in project management, change management or reporting + Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field + Strong understanding of communications and training processes and project management + Strong organizational and coordination skills. + Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects. + Ability to work effectively with senior leadership and cross-functional teams. + Proficient in presentation development **Preferred Qualifications** + Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. + Experience in strategic planning and execution. **Education** Bachelors Degree and or a combination of education and equivalent work experience. **Pay Range** The typical pay range for this role is: $82,940.00 - $182,549.00 This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
