Senior Manager, Segment Finance
**Role Overview** Sodexo is seeking a strategic **Senior Manager, Segment Finance** to lead financial operations for a high‑visibility Corporate Services account supporting the San Ramon Conference Center. This role may be fully remote or hybrid, with a preference for candidates aligned to the **Pacific Time Zone (PST)** to collaborate effectively with West Coast leadership. As the financial architect for this major workplace catering partnership, you will oversee budgeting, forecasting, compliance, and financial reporting while delivering strategic insights directly to senior client leaders. You bring deep experience in foodservice, hospitality, or workplace catering finance and the ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable recommendations. Your communication skills allow you to influence high‑level stakeholders and drive financial performance across the account. **What You'll Do** + Providing company leaders with insights for decision-making purposes + Assist the team with forecast, budget, and monthly accounting processes. + Lead individual work-streams to identify improvements and implement solutions to the current processes + Act as a consultant on various projects to support the requests from Management + Ad-hoc projects related to data consolidation, data analysis, and variance analysis as assigned + Work with stakeholders from various functions to ensure the data accuracy and alignment + Work in the areas of vendor management, client invoicing, vendor invoice payment, monthly financial close, forecast, and budget processes + Drive escalations as needed to leadership **What We Offer** Compensation is fair and equitable, partially determined by a candidate's education level or years of relevant experience.
