This truly is a place where we all share a challenger mindset which drives our success. **What You Will Do** - JOB SUMMARY The Sales Strategy & Planning Sr. Manager plays a critical role in the design and delivery of integrated sales strategies that translate commercial priorities into actionable plans for field Sales execution, driving value creation for the Company and Customer. As a category thought leader, this role supports and delivers, through insight-based recommendations, alignment between long-term strategic investment decisions and on-the-ground Sales execution, driving business results. The position focuses on sales planning, cross-functional partnerships, and process optimization to enable best-in-class commercial performance across all customers and channels within specific nicotine category. - WHAT YOU WILL DO _(This list is not exhaustive and may be supplemented as necessary by the Company)_ + Participate and provide recommendations for category plans throughout the business planning process focused on delivery over the next 3 years + Partner with AST and ARDT teams to build opportunities for customers and channels for the select category with focused delivery over the next 3 years + Partner with key sales leaders to build aligned channel strategies within select nicotine category that translate commercial and consumer brand plans into actionable sales initiatives and recommended performance goals, enabling joint value creation and long-term sustainability of trade partnerships + Improve trade spending and ROI delivery through detailed tracking of programs, insight generation and ROI modeling for updated recommendations + Provide recommendations to senior leaders to drive influential change for short and long-term commercial objectives + Work cross-functionally to ensure the delivery of business planning objectives, with sales integration, to ensure flawless plans allow for a high accuracy of execution. + Partner with Finance, Insights and Intelligence, Category Management, and Brand teams to incorporate data-driven insights for the Integrated Business Planning (IBP) and cycle planning processes of select category, supporting a truly connected planning rhythm that enables cross functional strategic alignment. **Qualifications** - REQUIRED MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: Education and Experience: + Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, or other relevant fields and 7+ years’ work experience + Experience: 7+ years in Sales Strategy, Sales Operations, or Commercial Planning within CPG, FMCG, or related industries. + Demonstrated success delivering sales planning or go-to-market strategy functions in partnership with Revenue Management or Finance. + Strong understanding of trade investment, channel strategy, and customer segmentation. + Proven ability to drive integration and alignment across functions and business units. Knowledge of: + Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, & PowerPoint) and Microsoft Teams + Trade/Retail activation + Brand Marketing + Print/Production + CPG sales Skilled in: + Strategic thinker with strong analytical and financial acumen. + Excellent communicator and influencer across multiple levels and functions. + Effective time and task management + Flexibility and adaptability + Proficiency in business planning systems, analytics tools, and performance dashboards. Ability to: + Strong planning and organizational capability; adept at managing through ambiguity. + Maintain effective working relationships + Ability to translate strategy into clear, actionable plans that drive executional excellence. **Work Environment and Physical Demand** + Requires light physical effort.
