The Walmart Connect Sales Strategy and Enablement Team is seeking a strong business leader who is well-versed and passionate about retail media and big box retail to lead our In-Store Digital business. Builds enterprise trust for Store Monetization by establishing guiding principles and paid content guidelines.
Oversees the digital ads pipeline, including co-leading Stores WBR with the Experiential business partner; identifies business patterns and proposes strategies to drive growth.
Ensures customer-centric ads and integrates WMC into Walmart Enterprise Store as a Media Channel strategy.
Manages day-to-day advertiser eligibility and content creation for digital store ads, ensuring ads enhance the customer journey and align with enterprise standards.
Manages third-party contacts (e.g., TILT) required to serve and create in-store ads.
Partners with WMC Sales to ensure they have the tools and training needed to sell in-store digital products; provides white-glove service and creates/optimizes SOPs for sales.

What you'll bring...
Bachelors degree in Business, Operations, or Psychology
7+ years of retail or advertising experience (preferably at a large organization in a highly cross functional role)
Knowledge of Microsoft Tools and Systems
Desire to work in a fast-paced environment across multiple domains
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with Salesforce, Tableau, or other enterprise dashboard/data systems
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Experience working in and across large cross-functional organizations
Strong executive presence and cross functional collaboration skills

Hoboken, New Jersey US-10279: The annual salary range for this position is $108,000.00 - $216,000.00
