**Overview:**
This position covers two key functions in CBRE – Sales Management and Broker Operating Platform (BOP). The Sales Management team plays a pivotal role in aligning all the business verticals on a unified data and decision-making platform transgressing business development, sales operations, client engagement and data analytics.
**Primary Responsibilities:**
(A) Sales Strategy & Operations
+ Work closely with the leadership and business to curate, consolidate and implement business plans
+ Proactively consolidate and prepare monthly/ quarterly reports for management
+ Develop and maintain Sales operating processes and workflows in partnership with the business and respective platform teams
+ Administer business operation support eg billing, expense tracking
+ Lead the follow through on sales operation initiatives eg referrals and fee shares, finance audits and other collaboration programs
+ Identify opportunities to improve infrastructure and adopt market best practices across different teams
+ Implement and maintain Salesforce for pipeline reporting, client engagement and performance reviews
(B) Leads and Property Marketing
+ Actively partner with business lines to execute the follow through of lead management initiatives and opportunity conversions
+ Proactively support the creation and implementation of new lead generations initiatives
+ Manage the existing property marketing efforts and proactively curate new opportunities for lead generation within the advisory business
(C) Business Systems
+ Setup and maintain the property database for the brokerage business enabling brokers speed to market with accuracy and quality
+ Identify new sources of data to supplement existing data sources for improved visibility in terms of market tracking
+ Be a POC for BLs to understand and document enhancement requirements for tools and/or data
+ Active business engagement to drive alignment with overarching advisory strategy through system and data analytics
(D) Client Engagement
+ Be the point of contact for media and client engagement – jointly prepare press releases and other client communications in partnership with the local leadership, business stakeholders and regional platform teams
+ Own the client engagement process with events in partnership with the local leadership team
(E ) Others
+ Develop strong working relationships with local liaisons within different business lines at multiple levels across the region.
+ Collaborative and day-to-day working relationships with stakeholders at all levels and be tireless in follow ups in order to deliver on schedule.
+ Demonstrate the ability to navigate a complex organization to strengthen relationships to achieve results as part of the Sales Management & BOP objectives
**Basic Qualifications & Personal Attributes:**
+ Minimum Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
+ 5 – 8 years of experience in a similar role ideally in professional services or real estate.
+ Excellent communicator passionate about driving change in the organisation.
+ Excellent analytical, quantitative and problem solving skills.
+ Ability to articulate complex data and concepts both verbally and written in English.
+ Prior experience as a real estate salesperson/ hold a current real estate salesperson licence a strong plus
+ Ability to think outside traditional approaches and evaluate implications on business.
+ Enthusiastic/High initiative to ensure rigorous follow through
+ Ability to manage timelines.
+ Very good attention to detail and ability to continuously follow-up.
