Senior Manager, Project Management - Construction
Position Summary...The Senior Manager, Project Management – Construction, will lead the execution of multiple business plans and cross-functional projects, ensuring alignment with company goals and operational needs. You will drive continuous improvement, foster a culture of learning, and ensure the successful delivery of construction projects through effective leadership, resource management, and strategic planning.

What you'll do...Oversee the execution of multiple business plans and projects by identifying customer and operational needs, developing business priorities, and removing barriers to performance.Lead and manage multiple cross-functional projects, leveraging data and industry best practices to inform business decisions and support sustainable outcomes.Manage current and forecasted projects by developing and coordinating work plans, monitoring milestones, budgets, and resources, and communicating status to stakeholders.Evaluate and improve the effectiveness of current plans, programs, and initiatives by consulting with stakeholders and applying suggestions for efficiency and cost-effectivenessInfluence change processes by making data-driven recommendations, educating teams on new business processes, and building relationships with senior leadership.Drive informed decision-making for large projects by identifying goals, risks, and success criteria, and developing strategies to mitigate risks.Enhance project workflow by establishing and auditing consistent practices and standards for project deliverables.Promote and support company policies, values, and standards of ethics and integrity.

The annual salary range for this position is $80,000.00-$155,000.00

Minimum Qualifications...

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, or related field and 4 years' experience in business, operations, analytics, or related area OR 6 years' experience in business, operations, analytics, or related area.
2 years’ supervisory experience.
