This role will be require cross functional collaboration with several brand business units, retail generics, and institutional generics to successfully process and administer all contracts and bids for commercial products specifically to meet the department and company goals. **Responsibilities:** + Analyze complex data of generic pharmaceutical product supplies, demand, customer demographics, and pricing toevaluatemarket dynamics + Develop marketing strategyfor new product launches and relaunches, analyze internal and external environment, market and product level trends, customer behavior to product forecast for commercial products; Provide input to supply chain for sales planning and lead product growth with sales team to drive business and achieve revenue,profitand market share goals + Set marketingobjectives, strategies, and performance targets for product; track performance metrics and recommend remediating actionsthrough new product launch customer compliance + Managenew product launchof20+ moleculesannually, product level forecasting, track new awards and manage wins and losses + Develop andmaintainall necessary reporting to support productand customer levelforecasting and allocationduring the new product launch phase + Assistin development of sales budgets and forecasts + Analyze internal supply schedule vs forecast and ensure supply team is providing requested products on time and volumes to support the business + Provideproactive and in-depth financial analysis of product or market-specific business activityfor new product launches + Createand ensure accuracy ofmonthly IQVIA data analysis and reports for sales team and senior managementfor new product launches + Monitor market share at product levelbased on competition,pricingutilization, costs andwork withsales team and pricing teamto evaluaterecommendationsforforecast adjustmentsduring new product launch phase + Prepare,deliverand present in PowerPoint and excel to summarize complex data analysis Sun and competitors market share, position, sales, and other key metrics where Sun competesin new product launch phase prior to transitioning to in-line + Work withinternal stakeholdersto retrieve and prepare various data sources such as direct customer sales, indirect distributor sales,and other adjustments for purposes offorecasting, salesplanningand budgeting + Complete ad-hoc analyses and projects per Management's request. Review and address interdepartmental requests for productand marketing information + Work closely with Finance and Pricing team to ensure all discounts and rebates are appropriately captured and accounted in SAP pre- and post-closing; overseeaccuratepreparation and maintenance of Gross-to-Net Ratesduring new product launch phase **Education and Experience:** + Minimum of a Bachelor Degree and 4-5 years of experience. MBA preferred. + GENERIC pharmaceutical industry experience required + Strong knowledge of IQVIA, at least 2 years of extensive experience with the database + Strong computer skills, including extensive knowledge &proficiencyin Microsoft Excel -abilityto understand and maneuver largeamountof spreadsheet data is necessary. + Good organizational skills and ability to meet tight deadlines in an environment of competing priorities. + Ability to build strong internal and externalrelationships, andfoster an environment of teamwork and collaboration. + Strong communicationskills, both oral and written, includingabilityto communicate with all levels of personnel incompany. + Understanding ofmarket trends, customer needs, financialdataand competitive intelligence. + Strong working knowledge of MS Office including Word, Excel, PowerPoint. The presently-anticipated base compensation pay range for this position is $121,500 to $148,500. Actual base compensation may vary based on a number of factors, including but not limited to geographical location and experience. In addition, this position is part of the Annual Performance Bonus Plan.
