**About The Role:**
**We are seeking an agile and strategic Senior Manager, Product Commercialization & Growth, Payor Solutions to join our Product team to lead and shape the future of our patient-facing digital health products for health plans and employers. As a Senior Manager, you will be responsible leading commercialization efforts of these products across our B2B lines of business. You will partner with Sales, Marketing, Account Management, Client Services, Finance, Underwriting/Actuarial/Data Science, and other related teams to launch and growth our products across various client markets. You will work with data to understand how the product is performing and partner with Reporting and Marketing to create compelling results stories. You will champion product enhancements and serve as the voice of the customer in partnership with your Product peers. In this role you will be responsible unpack complex opportunities, quantify and prioritize them through business case development, and lead groups of diverse stakeholders to deliver on your objectives.**
**Key Responsibilities:**
+ **Independently lead dozens of partners across Sales, Product, Marketing, Client Operations, Implementations, Legal, Account Management, Data Science, Client Analytics, and others to commercialize new products and enhancements**
+ **Build business cases to justify opportunities to enter new lines of business with new and existing products**
+ **Build compelling marketing materials in partnership with Marketing that speak to product designs, competitive value prop, and client implementation approaches**
+ **Evaluate KPI and SLA performance, measuring product efficacy to formulate and subsequently deliver upon quality improvement plans** ** **
+ **Leverage data-driven insights and a deep understanding of patient and client needs and market dynamics to identify and prioritize enhancements**
+ **Serve as a key liaison between Product partners and client-facing leaders to communicate product value prop. and performance**
+ **Set financial performance targets across products and monitor performance**

**Required Qualifications:**
+ **7+ years of experience** ** in product** **management/development, product** **commercialization** **&** **strategy, or product management within the healthcare space** **preferably at a health tech, tech-enabled provider, or Payor/PBM organization**
+ **7+ years of experience developing analyses, presentations, and supporting materials with strong ability to communicate simply to diverse groups of stakeholders**
+ **7+ years of experience managing multiple projects and prioritizing work based on impact and team priorities**
+ **5+ years of experience in strategic thinking including quantitative, analytical, and problem-solving skills**
+ **5+ years of making informed, data-driven decisions, with a strong emphasis on translating data insights into actionable strategies.**
+ **5+ years of experience managing relationships at a senior level; capacity to quickly build and maintain credible relationships at varying levels both within CVS Health and outside of the organization**
+ **3+ years managing one or more employees**
**Preferred Qualifications:**
+ **Experience within the health-tech industry including Sales and Marketing**
+ **Experience in management consulting**
+ **Experience manipulating and analyzing data from large databases using SQL or other appropriate software**
+ **Expertise in vendor contracting and relationship management**
+ **Master’s or other advanced degree is preferred**
**Education:**
+ **Bachelor's Degree required; may consider comparable work experience**
**Location**
**This position can work remotely from home or office from one of the CVS Health corporate locations. Occasional travel is required (10-20%)**
**Pay Range**
The typical pay range for this role is:
$67,900.00 - $182,549.00
This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above. This position also includes an award target in the company’s equity award program.
