This is a unique opportunity to lead complex lease negotiations, drive value for the business, and influence decisions at the highest levels—all while working with a dynamic, cross-functional team.What you'll do...Negotiate lease renewals and portfolio-wide agreements with landlordsAnalyze and model NPV for multiple deal structuresCollaborate with operations, legal, and project management teamsPresent recommendations to executive leadershipTravel to sites to assess renewal opportunities What You’ll Bring: Proven experience in complex lease negotiations and real estate portfolio managementAdvanced financial modeling skills, including NPV analysisStrong cross-functional collaboration and communication abilitiesExperience presenting to senior leadershipWillingness to travel as needed At Walmart, we offer competitive pay as well as performance-based bonus awards and other great benefits for a happier mind, body, and wallet. The annual salary range for this position is $80,000.00 - $155,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :
