What You’ll Bring
Experience leading HR strategy in a complex matrixed organization.Demonstrated success in a corporate environment, with a proven ability to navigate and influence within large-scale, multi-layered business structures.Training and Development experience.Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.Proven ability to influence and collaborate across functions and levels.Deep understanding of compliance, ethics, and employment law.Passion for developing talent and building inclusive, high-performing teams.At Walmart, we offer competitive pay as well as performance-based bonus awards and other great benefits for a happier mind, body, and wallet. Live Better U is a Walmart-paid education benefit program for full-time and part-time associates in Walmart and Sam's Club facilities. The annual salary range for this position is $90,000.00-$180,000.00
Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
