About the Role

Deliver and manage data centre real estate advisory projects, including site selection, colocation leasing, land acquisition, disposal, and development-related advisory services

Advise clients on data centre requirements and support transaction execution, including site due diligence, coordination on power availability and permitting matters, and technical assessments

Support negotiations and communications with landlords, sellers, clients, and other stakeholders throughout the transaction process

Prepare and review transaction-related documentation, including NDAs, LOIs, proposals, presentations, and client reports

Support financial analysis and basic modelling related to data centre transactions, including CapEx/OpEx review and comparative cost analysis

Collaborate with Cushman & Wakefield’s regional and global Data Centre teams across APAC and other markets

Support business development activities, including RFP responses, proposals, and presentation materials for prospective clients

Coordinate with internal teams to manage project timelines and ensure the quality and consistency of client deliverables

About You

Graduate Degree in Engineering, Real Estate, Business, Finance, or another relevant field.

7 years+ of relevant experience, with a strong preference for candidates from the Data Centre, colocation, hyperscale, or related technology infrastructure sectors.

Native Korean speaker with a native to excellent English level (written/spoken), with excellent communication skills.

Strong organization skills and attention to detail, particularly with technical requirements.

Good to advanced proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and the ability to learn and operate industry-specific databases and software.

Ability to multi-task consistently, without impacting the quality of client deliverables in a fast-paced environment.

Preference: A strong understanding of Data Centre infrastructure (power, cooling, network connectivity) is highly advantageous.

Prior involvement in data centre leasing, development, acquisition, or transaction advisory projects
