Lead the future of digital integration at Walmart as a Senior Manager, Operations – NHM Digital Integration. This is your opportunity to drive innovative solutions, streamline operations, and make a direct impact on our store fulfillment strategy at scale.

What You’ll Do

Direct and execute complex projects and digital integration initiatives

Analyze data to inform business decisions and drive process improvements

Develop and implement innovative tools for store activation and fulfillment

Build strong cross-functional partnerships by influencing adjacent leaders and teams, and lead the successful execution of projects, pilots, and tests from inception through completion

Partner cross-functionally to deliver business solutions and meet key metrics

Mentor and develop associates, fostering a culture of belonging and excellence

Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
