Apply Location BENTONVILLE, AR Career Area Business Operations Job Function Business Operations Management Employment Type Regular/Permanent Position Type Salary Requisition WD2181875 What you'll do at Position Summary...The Senior Manager, Operations, Driver Research and Insights will leverage your natural curiosity and strong knowledge of research capabilities to lead research and insights projects within our End 2 End Delivery Business. You will be asked to plan, execute, and activate primary research as well as partner with research vendors to execute projects. You are a champion of insights and adept at translating both quantitative and qualitative insights into actionable recommendations. In this role you will be part of a quickly growing part of the business and will help enable expansion and decision making through your research.

You are comfortable influencing others, managing stakeholders, getting buy-in from leadership, and communicating clearly

Preferred Qualifications:

Deep knowledge of quantitative and qualitative research methodologies

Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years' experience in customer experience, consumer insights, market research, strategy, analytics, and/or brand management

Ability to translate business needs into appropriate research methods

Advanced understanding of standard customer experience metrics (NPS, CSAT, etc.) and translating customer feedback data into measurable action

Hands-on experience programming and analyzing studies in research tools such as Qualtrics, Medallia, Alchemer, SPSS, or similar platforms

Proven ability to build partnerships, communicate, and collaborate effectively within an organization and work in a team setting

Outstanding presentation skills with strong ability to independently translate and communicate data and findings into actionable business insights and recommendations

Experienced managing research vendor relationships/projects while also doing DIY research projects both in the field and remote

Ability to lead a portfolio of multi-disciplinary research projects with multiple business partners in a dynamic and evolving organization

End-to-end project management skills

Demonstrated experience collaborating and influencing across multiple stakeholder groups

Additional Preferred Qualifications:

Master’s degree and 5+ years of relevant experience in customer experience, consumer insights, market research, strategy, analytics, and/or brand management

Experience leading qualitative research (IDI’s, focus groups, diaries, shadows, etc.) and quantitative research (designing/programming/analyzing surveys & more advanced analytics such as segmentation, max-diff, conjoint analysis)

Excellent knowledge of marketing strategy and how to integrate consumer insights fundamentals including primary & secondary consumer research, syndicated research, positioning & communication development, and strategic business analysis. This includes segmentation, need states, concept development/validation, test and learn approaches, creative testing and more

Demonstrated success in leveraging consumer insights to drive business results.

Able to develop an objective point-of-view, feel very comfortable sharing it, and be seen as a strategic thought leader on the team

Excellent verbal and written communication skills and storytelling ability

Able to demonstrate agility and can pivot focus based on changes in business needs/conditions

Excellent planning and project management skills.

The annual salary range for this position is $90,000.00-$180,000.00
