Position Summary
The Sr. Manager, People Change Strategy and Implementation serves as a strategic leader for the people side of change across Sam’s Club’s People initiatives. This role will drive successful adoption of new systems, processes, technologies, and organizational structures by leading the development and execution of strategic change management plans that minimize resistance, foster employee engagement, and ensure long-term sustainability. This is a key leadership role reporting to the Director, People Operations for the Sam’s Club People Team. The ideal candidate will blend deep change management expertise with operational excellence, stakeholder engagement, and a passion for building organizational capability.What you'll do...Lead Change Management Execution: Develop and implement comprehensive change management strategies for People initiatives.Design and Deliver Communication Plans: Create or collaborate on effective communication strategies using multiple channels to drive awareness, understanding, and adoption of organizational changes.Assess and Mitigate Change Risks: Identify and address change risks while aligning stakeholders through targeted engagement strategies to ensure smooth, successful implementation.Build Organizational Capability: Design and execute innovative solutions that empower teams to adopt change management principles and enhance customer experience across key strategic efforts.

Live Better U is a Walmart-paid education benefit program for full-time and part-time associates in Walmart and Sam's Club facilities. The annual salary range for this position is $90,000.00-$180,000.00
Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
