About the Role:

Business Development & Market Expansion: Spearhead new business initiatives and expand our office leasing presence by identifying opportunities, cultivating key client relationships, and driving revenue growth.

Transaction Leadership & Team Oversight: Lead and inspire a team of leasing professionals in managing complex, high-value transactions to exceed sales targets and operational goals.

Strategic Sales Execution: Develop and implement robust leasing strategies, action plans, and playbooks tailored to the office leasing segment’s evolving dynamics.

Client Relationship & Negotiation Excellence: Serve as a trusted advisor to commercial office clients, ensuring superior service, identifying repeat/referral opportunities, and effectively negotiating lease agreements.

Market Insights & Performance Management: Monitor industry trends and competition, analyze team performance against KPIs, and manage allocated budgets to support sustained growth.

About You:

Hold a minimum of a Bachelor's degree in any major.

Proven track record in commercial real estate leasing—ideally 7+ years—with demonstrated success in business development and revenue generation.

Exceptional communication, presentation, and client interfacing skills across diverse stakeholder groups.

Advanced analytical and financial acumen, including comfort with lease valuation principles and performance metrics.

Strategic thinker with the ability to solve complex problems, adapt to changing market conditions, and influence outcomes through sound judgement and collaboration.
