The Boeing CompanyThe Boeing Test & Evaluation (BT&E) team is seeking a Senior Manager, MQ-25 Test Program Manager to join our team in Berkeley, MO on the MQ-25 test program. This role will be responsible for the leadership and management of the Boeing statement of work for the MQ-25 test program, including managing and integrating test program planning, instrumentation program planning, test article configuration management, on-aircraft ground testing, test readiness reviews, Flight Test Mission Assurance Readiness Reviews (FTMARR) support, flight testing, coordination with the combined test team at remote site test activities, capital project planning, facility planning, flight test capability planning, instrumentation capability planning, and issues resolution within a ground and flight test program. Candidates must have a working knowledge of all aspects of an aircraft flight test program.
This position will support the Test Program Manager in leading a high performing, cross functional test team, responsible for testing and production acceptance testing of the MQ-25. This position will directly report to the Integrated Test Leader for Air Dominance, Phantom Works, and Weaopns. This position is responsible for the safe, innovative and efficient execution of testing throughout the entire BT&E Product Test Life Cycle. This position partners with the lab test engineering and operation, the flight test engineering and operations, flight operations and the engineering capability leaders within BT&E, as well as, business partners, US government leaders, suppliers and customers to execute test programs and meet commitments. A successful candidate will have:

Ability to lead cross functional teams across multiple diverse facilities

Test leadership experience
Position Responsibilities:
Responsible for entire BT&E statement of work for the program, and for development and operational test planning, instrumentation and test execution across the entire Product Test Life Cycle
Responsible for frequent customer integration with senior representatives of the U.S. Government and for maintaining a positive Boeing image, developing a trusting customer relationship, and gaining the knowledge of the customer necessary for successful execution
Manages test execution schedule, financial and technical performance
Coordinates with BT&E capabilities to ensure appropriate resources/skills are available to execute program statement of work
Ensures the safe, innovative and efficient execution of the MQ-25 test activities
Participates in key program reviews, Readiness Reviews, FTMARRs, EAC activities, etc.
Advocates for investments needed for program execution (technology development, facilities, capital etc.) and supports funding approval activities
Develops and perpetuates a team culture of transparency, collaboration and inclusion
This position will have a requirement to be onsite 100% of the time, with a travel requirement of approximately 15%.
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering, Engineering Technology (including Manufacturing Technology), Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry or non-US equivalent qualifications directly related to the work statement
5+ years of experience working as a senior leader or senior manager
5+ years of leadership experience in engineering and/or organizational leadership/program management
5+ years of experience in flight test, laboratory testing, data analysis, instrumentation, system integration, and/or simulation
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
Experience leading through influence and partnering with cross-functional teams on projects and initiatives
Experience in critical business and financial acumen in order to influence and shape strategy and lead test program execution
Experience leading or conducting complex flight and/or lab testing in an integrated test team environment
Experience in establishing and managing a system level test program and large-scale team
Ability to navigate ambiguities in dynamic environments and lead through influence
Ability to build positive relationships with BT&E, ET&T and BDS senior leaders and integrate across business units
A strong natural leadership style that moves people to act, motivates and inspires excellence and innovation
Must be results-oriented with a focus on performance, cost management, safety and quality
Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding targets goals and strong skills in program execution to schedule and budget
