About International Merchandising Center of Excellence
The International Merchandising Center of Excellence is focused on innovation across our Walmart International Merchandising Organization. This team is focused on developing cross-market strategies that have the potential to dramatically improve our global business. This will range from leading international relationships with key national brand suppliers, scaling an Export business to provide exciting assortments to international markets, providing in-market expertise across merchandising and merchandising operations, and leveraging global data to drive actionable commercial insights around the world. As part of this team, you’ll play a key role in advancing merchandising excellence and supporting Walmart’s international growth.
What you’ll do:
Develop and manage relationships with top global suppliers to drive cross-market improvements.Identify and enable new assortment opportunities for international markets.Provide advisory support and in-person consulting to merchandising partners.Analyze performance metrics and deliver actionable insights.Lead cross-functional projects to optimize merchandising operations.What you’ll bring:

The annual salary range for this position is $90,000.00-$180,000.00
Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
