Overview (Text Only) Are you a passionate and experienced professional with proven experiences in loyalty programs? Foot Locker Pacific is seeking a Senior Manager, Loyalty Program to join our ecommerce team and elevate our omni-channel business to the next level! Responsibilities About the role As the Senior Manager of Loyalty Programs, you will lead the launch of our APAC Loyalty Program. This role combines strategic planning and hands-on execution, working closely with cross-functional stakeholders and global teams to deliver on the program development roadmap, manage the loyalty marketing calendar and achieve localized program outcomes. What You’ll Do: Loyalty Program Operations (75%) Manage international expansion, program setup, UAT and partner training. Oversee reward, feature and campaign setup, testing and fulfillment. Drive the test-and-learn roadmap, analyse results and implement improvements. Monitor competitive trends, reduce member friction and prevent program abuse. Own program Terms & Conditions and FAQs with Legal. Loyalty Program Marketing (25%) Build member communication strategies and projects across digital and store channels. Deliver promotional calendars and lead end-to-end campaign planning. Define success metrics, analyse performance and share insights. Drive acquisition and engagement through innovative marketing tactics. Qualifications What You’ll Bring: Proven experience in eCommerce with minimum 3 years in Loyalty Program or CRM management. Exceptional communication skills with the ability to collaborate cross-functionally and present ideas clearly to peers and leadership. Strong attention to detail, excellent time management and collaboration skills. Proactive, resilient and able to work autonomously. Excellent analytical abilities and a customer-centric mindset.
