Position Summary

The Senior Manager, Immunizations Growth, will be responsible for developing strategic plans that align with the company’s goals to drive sustainable growth within the Immunizations portfolio. This includes analyzing market trends, customer and colleague feedback to identify opportunities. You will develop short and long term roadmaps that enable the organization to deliver on its strategic priorities, develop strategic perspectives on new and existing capabilities, develop pilots/tests to determine effectiveness of tactics and make recommendations for the future roadmaps in the portfolio.

5+ years of relevant work experience (consulting, corporate strategy, corporate development)2+ years of experience leading and developing colleagues3+ years of experience in business case development, building strategic roadmaps and/or bringing technology solutions to lifeTravel - Ability to travel up to 10% of time, on an as needed basis

Pay Range

The typical pay range for this role is:

$82,940.00 - $182,549.00

This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls.  The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors.  This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.  This position also includes an award target in the company’s equity award program.
