The role focuses on talent development, commercial strategy deployment, continuous improvement, and delivering a positive customer experience. This position requires global travel of 40%–50% and the ability to work across multiple time zones. **Responsibilities:** • Support Application Engineers and quoting staff to deliver high‑quality, on‑time, value‑priced proposals and technical decisions for the Industrial Pump Aftermarket. • Ensure regional teams drive margin, make value‑added pricing decisions, and deliver best‑in‑class support to Engineering, Sales, and end‑user clients. • Partner with Industrial Pump Business Unit and Sales leadership on strategies and tactics that drive above‑market growth. • Align with regional Commercial Operations teams to achieve Industrial Pump Aftermarket bookings KPIs. • Drive collaboration and clear communication with Sales, Operations, and Engineering throughout the bid cycle. • Strengthen process compliance for tools, systems, and customer‑facing policies and procedures. • Promote Flowserve values and ensure strong team engagement. • Perform other duties as assigned. **Requirements:** • BS or BA degree in a relevant field and 8–10 years of relevant experience. • Global travel 40%–50% and availability to work across different time zones. • Leadership experience with a collaborative style and strong focus on employee engagement. • High commercial competency including business savvy, financial acumen, influencing skills, and a sales mindset. • Strong organizational skills with a track record of meeting goals. • Excellent written and verbal communication in English. • Detail‑oriented and process‑driven with demonstrated results. • Understanding of Flowserve’s industry and portfolio with both technical and commercial exposure. • Continuous improvement mindset and comfort with analytical tools and technologies. **Preferred:** • Experience with commercial contracts and terms and conditions. **Benefits:** Flowserve offers competitive pay, annual bonuses, medical benefits on day 1, generous paid vacation time, paid holidays, 401(k) and many other excellent benefits!
