Senior Manager, Fund Finance Job ID 254483 Posted 19-Jan-2026 Service line Advisory Segment Role type Full-time Areas of Interest Accounting/Finance, Consulting Location(s) Singapore - Singapore **About the role:** This role is an operational leader and manage the work activities in a fund administration team in Singapore, which to provide a fund reporting and administration to our real estate clients. You will be responsible for the service delivery, growth, optimization and efficiency of the Investment Accounting & Reporting team. It includes the oversee and set up the reporting requirement for various complex multi-tier investment entities in the fund’s structure. Responsible for oversight of fund level and asset level reporting and coordination of client’s equity/loan contributions and distributions. Supports new business onboarding and initiatives. **What You’ll Do:** + Leading and oversight a team tofulfill client’s reporting requirement (monthly, quarterly, annually), preparation of the investment entities’ reporting, fund’s investor report and fund’s NAV calculation, conduct consolidation of IFRS/INREV based financial statementsandreconciliation of local GAAP to IFRS e.g. PRC GAAP, JGAAP + Provide hands on operational support to client for funds’ acquisitions/dispositions, covering investment jurisdiction in Asia, including Japan, China, Australia, Korea Singapore and Hong Kong + Coordination with client’s auditor, corporate secretary, and all other counter parties internally and externally to provide full administrative support function to client. + Day to day multiple clients management and communication with client’s key personnel + Operational lead person, manage client’s relationship and clients’ financials, including the KPI management and monitors products profitability + Support team’s business growth by participate in discussion and preparation of new business proposals/pricing **What You’ll Need:** + Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance or related discipline + **Certified public accountant in relevant jurisdiction** + At least 8 years of relevant professional experience with few years of supervision experience. + Prior experience in accounting for Real Estate Fund/fund admin or relevant experience in real estate investment firm with international setting + Experience with Yardi is a plus **Why CBRE** When you join CBRE, you become part of the global leader in commercial real estate services and investment that helps businesses and people thrive.
