The Walmart+ Finance Senior Manager is a key member of the Walmart+ Finance team, responsible for financial planning, forecasting, and analysis, and strategic support for the Walmart+ membership program. This role partners with business leaders to drive growth, optimize profitability, and ensure sound financial decision-making across the Walmart+ program. Key responsibilities:
Develop annual budgets, forecasts, and long-range financial plans for Walmart+.Provide financial analysis and insights to support business initiatives, benefit launches, and growth strategies.Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to monitor the health of the Walmart+ business.Prepare and present financial results, forecasts, and business cases to senior leadership.Support the evaluation of new business models, partnerships, and investment opportunities.Ensure compliance with financial policies, controls, and reporting requirements.Mentor and develop junior finance team members, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.At Walmart, we offer competitive pay as well as performance-based bonus awards and other great benefits for a happier mind, body, and wallet. The annual salary range for this position is $90,000.00-$180,000.00
Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
