Position Summary...We are hiring a Senior Manager, Finance - Sam's Finance Transformation to help advance the future of Finance through technology, data, and new ways of working. As part of a 4-in-a-box team—working alongside Product, Engineering, Design, and Business—you’ll lead workstreams that help design, test, and implement modern solutions tailored to your segment’s Finance function, while aligning with enterprise-wide transformation goals. You’ll build strong partnerships, shape innovative tools, and lead change efforts across multiple stakeholder groups.What you'll do...Key Responsibilities 🛠 Execution & Enablement Lead critical transformation workstreams related to data foundation, automation, planning tools (e.g., OneStream), and GenAI enablement within Finance.Collaborate across the 4-in-a-box structure to identify, develop, and deliver digital tools and process improvements.Support the design and build of self-service finance data assets and tools that reduce manual tasks and enhance insight generation. 🤝 Stakeholder Engagement Serve as a connector between Finance, Product, Engineering, and Design—translating business needs into actionable solutions.Work closely with Finance leaders and end users to identify pain points, gather feedback, and iterate on solutions.Contribute to segment transformation efforts while ensuring alignment with enterprise strategies and standards. 💬 Change Leadership Drive adoption of new tools and ways of working through partnering with Change Management on training, communications, and stakeholder engagement.Model curiosity, listening, and a growth mindset to help teams navigate through ambiguity and change.Promote a culture of experimentation and continuous improvement, helping the Finance team become more future-ready. 📈 Measurement & Impact Partner with transformation leaders to track and communicate KPIs, adoption rates, and capacity gains.Help document and share success stories and lessons learned across the organization. Preferred Qualifications 5–8+ years of experience in Finance, Transformation, Strategy, or related fields; retail or consumer sector experience a strong plus.Experience managing or supporting cross-functional initiatives in large, matrixed organizations.Familiarity with finance systems and tools (e.g., OneStream, Power BI, SAP, SQL) and eagerness to learn emerging tech.Strong analytical skills and comfort working with data models, dashboards, and process maps.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills—able to influence peers and business partners.Highly adaptable with a strong bias for action and learning agility. The annual salary range for this position is $90,000.00-$180,000.00
Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
