About the Team
The End-to-End Finance team sits at the heart of Walmart’s transformation, partnering with Operations, Technology, and Transformation teams to deliver innovation at scale. We’re cross-functional by nature and passionate about challenging the status quo to unlock new value. In this role, you’ll help us deliver results that drive operational excellence and sustainable growth across the business.

What you'll do...Champion transformation initiatives for End-to-End Finance, ensuring milestones, deliverables, and cross-functional dependencies are on track.Lead change management efforts for AI transformation and utilization, driving adoption across teams and building playbooks for repeatable success.Identify transformation opportunities outside formal projects—surfacing insights and blockers for early intervention.Support prioritization of transformation projects by pressure-testing assumptions, validating business cases, and aligning with EDLC (Every Day Low Cost) principles.Translate financial and operational changes into clear business narratives, helping leaders understand the impact on P&L and long-range plans.Manage complex control structures to mitigate risk, guide teams in developing new processes, and enhance reporting transparency.

What you’ll bring:

Passion for transformation and experience driving change in complex, cross-functional environments.Strong program management discipline with the ability to influence and align stakeholders.Curiosity and the confidence to challenge teams to think differently—even outside formal projects.Skilled at executive storytelling and simplifying complex transformation economics for leadership.Proactive approach to spotting risks and blockers early, with a bias for resolution.Experience coaching peers and building alignment across Finance, Operations, and Transformation partners.Demonstrated experience in transformation, change management, or enterprise-wide initiatives.Proven ability to lead and track cross-functional projects with complex milestones.Comfort with ambiguity, strong influencing skills, and a bias for action.

The annual salary range for this position is $90,000.00-$180,000.00

Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.

Minimum Qualifications...

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field and 4 years’ experience in accounting, finance, or related area OR 6 years’ experience in accounting, finance, or related area.
1 year’s experience leading and completing cross-functional projects.
1 year’s supervisory experience.
