What you'll do...Prepare complex financial analyses and models to support planning, forecasting, and business performance evaluationRecommend future expense targets and partner cross-functionally to analyze business resultsManage and enhance financial control structures to mitigate risk and ensure reporting transparencyDevelop and present business cases, forecasts, and variance analyses to senior and executive managementGuide cross-functional teams in developing new processes and controls for financial functionsCommunicate financial results, assumptions, and risks to stakeholders, providing follow-up and support as neededDrive execution of business plans and projects by identifying needs, setting priorities, and measuring progressSupervise, mentor, and develop associates, fostering a culture of learning, recognition, and belonging

What you’ll bring:

Advanced experience in financial planning, analysis, and modeling within a large, complex organizationStrong understanding of financial controls, risk mitigation, and reporting systemsProven ability to communicate complex financial concepts clearly to senior leaders and cross-functional teamsExperience developing business cases and presenting recommendations to executive managementDemonstrated leadership in managing teams, building collaborative environments, and driving resultsAdaptability, problem-solving skills, and a commitment to continuous improvement and ethical standards

The annual salary range for this position is $90,000.00-$180,000.00

Minimum Qualifications...

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field and 4 years’ experience in accounting, finance, or related area OR 6 years’ experience in accounting, finance, or related area.
1 year’s experience leading and completing cross-functional projects.
1 year’s supervisory experience.
