Senior Manager, Facilities Management-Pavement Program, Supply chain
Position Summary...

What you'll do...

This role will support the Facility Services Program Management and Execution team for US & PR Walmart and Sam’s Club Supply Chain locations, with primary responsibility for the Pavement Team. The selected candidate will be responsible for program management, innovation, capital and operational execution, project management, and vendor management for Walmart’s pavement projects at supply chain facilities. This includes oversight of asphalt and concrete paving, ensuring safety, quality, and cost-effectiveness across all projects.

What you'll do:

Manage and execute business plans and projects for pavement operations at supply chain facilities by identifying customer, operational, and facility needs; developing and communicating project plans and priorities; and ensuring timely follow-up and a strong sense of urgency.Apply your background in paving operations, construction management, or vendor management to drive program success and continuous improvement.Demonstrate strong business acumen and strategic thinking to remove barriers and obstacles that impact performance, provide resources, and develop contingency plans.Use your analytical mindset to measure progress, adjust as needed, and support continuous learning and process improvement.Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring project goals, timelines, and expectations are clear and met.Evaluate the ongoing effectiveness of current plans, programs, and initiatives; solicit, evaluate, and apply suggestions for improving efficiency and cost-effectiveness.Maintain relationships and support internal stakeholders by identifying improvement opportunities and recommending enhancements to the performance of assets, improving program efficiency, and facilitating corrective action plans.Ensure all paving projects comply with SWPPP (Stormwater Pollution Prevention Plan) requirements, including the development, implementation, and monitoring of SWPPP measures to minimize environmental impact and maintain regulatory compliance.Assist in financial planning by researching and analyzing historical data to develop future budget projection models; establishing maintenance/repair and capital expenditure spend plans; and developing financial tools to support business decisions.Support vendor and customer service needs by helping to establish contracts with set service-level agreements; maintaining data files on repairs and modifications; communicating corporate and industry standards to vendors; ensuring compliance to standards; and evaluating KPI metrics for vendor performance.Gather and analyze trending data; validate spend related to materials and labor; review facility-related invoicing; develop reports; approve spending proposals at set spending limits; manage warranty reimbursement; and assist internal teams with compliance and lease agreements.Demonstrate up-to-date expertise and apply this to the development, execution, and improvement of action plans by providing expert advice and guidance to others in the application of information and best practices.Build relationships and partnerships with key stakeholders; identify business needs; determine and carry out necessary processes and practices; monitor progress and results; recognize and capitalize on improvement opportunities; and adapt to competing demands, organizational changes, and new responsibilities.Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures and support company mission, values, and standards of ethics and integrity by implementing related action plans; utilizing and supporting the Open Door Policy; and providing direction and guidance on applying these in executing business processes and practices.

The annual salary range for this position is $80,000.00-$155,000.00
