Senior Manager, Digital Product Strategy

And we do it all with heart, each and every day. **Position Summary** + Contributes to product strategy by leading the development and enhancement of digital products or services for Caremark Members. Conducts market research, collaborates with cross-functional teams, designs user experiences, and oversees the product development lifecycle. Applies expertise in user-centric design, agile methodologies, and market trends to help drive the success of digital products and ensure they meet customer needs and expectations. **What you will do** + Handles the prioritization and delivery of the digital product roadmap to successfully enhance the company's brand recognition and competitive advantage in the industry. + Creates technology and product roadmaps to provide visibility of risk and improvement options to maintain a proactive attitude among the digital product team. + Develops innovative ideas that co-exist with existing technology and products while maintaining compliance with the company's regulatory, safety, quality, and confidentiality protocols and standards. + Executes complex analysis of qualitative and quantitative data to influence product features and prioritization. + Designs targets for success while constantly reviewing analytics, the competitive landscape, and evolving customer needs. + Coordinates with Marketing, Content Strategy, and PR teams on planning and executing successful deployment and launch of new products and services. + Provides leadership and authorizes continuous and cross-communication across functional units and stakeholder groups, establishing relationships with collaborators at every organizational level. + Mentors and coaches team members. + Manages and approves product iterations, schedules, releases, and roadmaps to maintain speed to market and differentiation. + Develops actionable insights pertaining to the annual budget needed to address digital product needs for the company while contributing to the company's overall revenue and profitability targets. **Required Qualifications** + 7+ years work experience + Adept at problem solving and decision making skills + Adept at collaboration and teamwork + Adept at growth mindset (agility and developing yourself and others) skills + Adept at execution and delivery (planning, delivering, and supporting) skills + Adept at business intelligence + Strong story telling and presentation skills + Strong product strategy experience **Preferred Qualifications** + Strong management consulting experience + Strong experience leading and collaborating with multi-disciplinary product teams **Education** + Bachelor's degree preferred/specialized training/relevant professional qualification. **Pay Range** The typical pay range for this role is: $130,295.00 - $260,590.00 This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
