Position Summary...The Senior Manager, Creative - Seasonal is to lead the development of high-impact, 360° marketing campaigns across digital, social, print, and in-store channels. This role partners closely with copy and creative leads to drive seasonal campaigns like Back to Class and Holiday, ensuring strategic alignment and creative excellence. The ideal candidate is a conceptual thinker with strong leadership skills, a sharp eye for design, and experience managing teams and agency partners in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. A strong portfolio, deep understanding of consumer behavior, and ability to deliver compelling brand narratives are essential.

What you'll do...Collaboration: Ideate, create, and execute high-volume, time-sensitive 360 campaign creative across all channels (owned & paid).  Work cross-functionally with marketing, ops teams, integrated strategy, and external agencies to ensure creative cohesion at every touchpoint and successful campaign delivery. Contribute to the development of compelling brand narratives and messaging frameworks that meaningfully differentiate Sam’s Club and resonate with customers during seasonal moments.Build trust and effective relationships with key partners in a large, highly matrixed organization.Develop creative leadership and marketing pitch decks to gain alignment setting the team up for success.Manage projects, growth, and development of mid and junior level creatives.Self-directed / critical thinkerPursue ways that we can work better, faster.Manage projects that are on-brief and on-brand, mitigating feedback, ultimately keeping workstreams on track from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with strategic objectives, particularly during compressed seasonal timelinesTrend Analysis: Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, culture, and consumer behaviors, demonstrating a keen understanding of seasonal consumer behavior and purchasing drivers to inform creative decisions and maintain our brand’s competitive edge.Quality Assurance: Maintain high standards of quality and craft throughout the conceptual and execution process, ensuring that the final work meets or exceeds expectations and relentlessly seek to raise the creative bar.Attend & oversee production shoots as needed, demonstrating deep understanding of the end-to-end production process, including working effectively with directors, DPs, editors, mixers, etc., to ensure the highest standards of quality and craft. Offer flexible solutions to production concerns.Ability to design assets and brand campaigns as neededProject Oversight: Manage team & high-profile projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with strategic objectives. Ability to quickly scope campaign initiatives, prioritize projects, and proactively manage your own time and deadlines – gracefully manage multiple deliverables with competing deadlines. Ability to quickly turn around creative concepts in an iterative environment with a genuine hunger for constructive feedback. Effectively adapt strategies and creative based on performance data and seasonal shifts.

What You'll Bring:

Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, advertising, or a related field. 10+ years of experience in professional advertising agency Art Direction experience, with at least 2 years management experience, with a proven track record of delivering ground-breaking creative campaigns across multiple mediaExceptional portfolio featuring big campaign ideas across full funnel TV/Video, social, digital, experiential & print – conceptual and innovative thinking.Proficiency in industry-standard design tools and software including the Adobe Creative Suite and Figma. Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate external agency partners and connect across Sam’s Club Creative Studio. Maintain composure in critical situations and communicate clearly with both internal and external partners. Clearly articulates vision and provides contextual feedback.Organized with diligent follow-through on every task.Excellent written, communication and presentation skills, with a strong ability to sell concepts to senior stakeholders via comps, storyboards, and visual narratives. Effectively present concepts and campaign strategies to senior leadership in simple and compelling terms that earns executive sponsorship and drives approvals.Deep dedication to craft, from concept ideation to execution.

The annual salary range for this position is $90,000.00-$180,000.00
