Senior Manager, Corporate Development

In this hybrid role, the Senior Manager of Corporate Development supports the M&A Integration on multiple transactions at a time while providing operational support to acquisitions and divestitures to ensure a smooth transition and execution of separation/integration. This person is accountable for providing value chain, entanglements logs, standard costs, one-time costs, service grid, transition services costs for divestitures. In addition, they are accountable for assessing the transaction documents and administering the transition services agreements for both acquisitions and divestitures. Additional responsibilities: + Identifies at-risk accounts and consults with internal partners to assist with the development of action plans to address customer risks and opportunities. + Evaluates the impact of customer-requested exceptions and develops alternatives to advance current systems and operations. + Collaborates with multiple departments to review, analyze, and develop recommendations for customer accounts. + Consolidates information from internal and external customer feedback to optimize operational efficiency and enhance the quality of deliverables. + Conducts financial management assessments to identify administrative and operational efficiencies that could result in financial gains. + Defines strategies for implementing critical initiatives that contribute to the development of new or updated organizational tools, resources, and materials. + Directs the development and introduction of new products and identifies the potential impact on workflows and the overall implementation process. + Creates and maintains relationships with key external stakeholders, such as investment banks, venture capitalists, and industry experts to drive organizational growth. + Works closely with cross-functional teams, including finance, legal, and operations, to ensure alignment and successful execution of corporate development initiatives. Education: Bachelor's degree preferred/specialized training/relevant professional qualification. Required Qualifications: + 7-10 years Relevant Work Experience + 5+ years experience Adept at execution and delivery (planning, delivering, and supporting) skills + Located in or open to relocating to Hartford. This is not a remote role Preferred Qualifications: + Adept at business intelligence + Adept at collaboration and teamwork + Mastery of problem solving and decision making skills + Mastery of growth mindset **This is a hybrid role located at our Hartford office.** **Pay Range** The typical pay range for this role is: $130,295.00 - $260,590.00 This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
