Senior Manager, Corporate Affairs Operations

Position Summary:

As Senior Manager– Corporate Affairs Operations, you will report to the Vice President – Corporate Affairs Operations and be a key contributor to the Corporate Affairs department’s operational excellence. You will be responsible for leading and executing key programs that drive engagement, professional growth, and operational excellence across the Corporate Affairs function. This role manages core internal platforms and initiatives, serving as a cross-functional connector and subject matter expert who elevates the department’s culture and effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities:

Program Leadership & Execution

Oversee the strategy, content, and continuous improvement of the Corporate Affairs Community Site, ensuring it serves as a dynamic hub for knowledge sharing and collaboration.

Lead the planning, development, and distribution of the Corporate Affairs newsletter, ensuring timely, relevant, and engaging communication.

Department Communications & Events

Design, coordinate, and execute department-wide communications, including leadership messages, team updates, and town halls, ensuring consistent alignment with department priorities.

Develop and implement best practices for team communication, collaboration, and knowledge sharing.

Professional Development & Training

Identify needs, design, and manage professional development and training programs to build skills, foster engagement, and support colleague growth.

Manage the EA Hub, ensuring resources and tools are current, accessible, and high-value.

Talent & Internship Programs

Oversee the end-to-end management of the Corporate Affairs internship program, including recruitment, onboarding, programming, and evaluation.

Serve as a partner to HR and business leaders to ensure a high-quality internship experience and talent pipeline.

Stakeholder Engagement & Cross-Functional Collaboration

Build strong relationships and collaborate with leaders and teams across Corporate Affairs and the broader enterprise to maximize program impact.

Act as a thought partner and advisor to department leaders on engagement, communication, and talent initiatives.

Required Qualifications:

Minimum 7 years’ experience in Legal Operations or related field

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach to decision-making

Proficiency with Microsoft Office and workflow tools

Experience with legal technology systems (e-billing, matter management, knowledge management)

Ability to travel up to 10% (including plane)

Preferred Qualifications:

Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint

Proven success leading enterprise-level programs.

Outstanding project management, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.

Ability to operate strategically and execute independently in a complex, matrixed environment.

Experience with digital platforms, knowledge management, and professional development programming strongly preferred.

Education:

Bachelor’s Degree (B.A. or B.S.); equivalent years of related professional work experience may substitute

Pay Range

The typical pay range for this role is:

$90,480.00 - $199,144.00


This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls.  The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors.  This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.  This position also includes an award target in the company’s equity award program.
