The Senior Manager of Market Research is responsible for managing market research projects from design through implementation and using the data to deliver compelling insights that drive clear business actions and outcomes. Manages primary research projects, both qualitative and quantitative, and supplier relationships to ensure delivery of excellent research results. Recommends project design aligned to business need and research protocols, and works with supplier to develop research materials. Translates research findings into meaningful insights, recommendations and business implications to aid decision making. Integrates disparate pieces of relevant information to build a holistic picture and draw insight. Helps build and maintain an external network to ensure the Company is benchmarking with leading practitioners, contributing to team initiatives to improve market research procedures and methodologies. Manages expectations about project execution; educates clients on how the research can and can't be used. Demonstrates best practice on all areas of research planning and implementation. Acts as thought partner with all areas of the Company, including executive leadership, operations, merchandising, marketing and e-commerce.

Physical Requirements:Most of the time is spent sitting in a comfortable position and there is frequent opportunity to move about. On rare occasions there may be a need to move or lift light articles.
Working Conditions:Located in a comfortable indoor area. Any unpleasant conditions would be infrequent and not objectionable.
