Job Description
The Senior Manager will write the first draft of all responses to RFP (request for proposals), RFI (request for information), EOI’s (expression of interest), etc., and will be responsible for the day-to-day management of the entire response process and must be able to work alongside senior management executives to complete the project.Assist to develop strategic solutions for the client in line with requirements of RFP / TenderGather and coordinate responses from the teams and facilitate and manage flow of information between parties, ensuring strong internal and external relationships are maintained.Manage communication between internal stakeholders and clients (e.g., Q&A, corrigendum, inclusion of legal qualifications etc.)Ensure responses adhere to guidelines and standards; edit and quality control in a timely manner to ensure consistent branding and positioning; to make sure bids are submitted on timeDrive Proposal Solutioning and Development by crafting compelling narratives across diverse service lines supporting the three verticals within DCG.Building and maintaining strong, long-term relationships with existing clientsAttending kick-off meetings with clients and ensuring key milestones are met by delivery teams during the progress meetingsServing as the main point of contact for clients, addressing their needs, and resolving any issues or concernsProviding regular updates and reports to management on account status and performanceWork with Business Development Services to manage tailor-made marketing collateral to target different DC providersWell versed with DCG’s three verticals’ (business units) capabilities to cross-sell and upsell relevant services to existing key client accountsAssist in planning, driving, and implementing business strategy, processes, and continuous improvementManaging entire sales process and deal structure, from engaging clients to conducting consultative sales to understand requirements, and subsequently coming up with timeline for RFPsReview Non-Disclosure Agreements and Contractual Agreements with Legal teamAttend site show round and briefings to gain better understanding of client requirements, and potential competitionRepresenting DCG attending conferences and client networking sessionsPerforms other related duties as required or requested.INCO: “Cushman & Wakefield”
